Did a little self assessment if am a Micro Manager or Bad Boss so seen by subordinate reactions. I discovered that am not that bad because I consult teamly; delegates, avoid procrastination, create room for reflection and response, timelines and correction.
Most subordinates resist change. They prefer to work the usual way, our way and style that is yielding same outcome.
Bad Boss slogans!…”soldier come and go barrack never empty”. Why compare a life breathing business, establishment, with a life loss robotic academy?

Some Boss are so bad that they never knew the harm they do to the business over time. Rigidity, self-centred, #moneycentric, self-decisive and robs off on the job and entire operation.
Surely, the good staff will deflect and reflex on those things in his new job. This is #experience that counts as we grow in our career.
