There was a very brilliant boy. He always scored 100% in Science. Got Selected for IIT Madras and scored excellent in IIT.

He went to the University of California for MBA. Got a high paying job in America and settled there.

Married a Beautiful Tamil Girl.

Bought a 5 bedroom big house and luxury cars. He had everything that makes him successful but a few years ago he committed suicide after shooting his wife and children.

So, WHAT WENT WRONG?

California Institute of Clinical Psychology Studied his case and found “what went wrong?”

The researcher met the boy’s friends and family and found that he lost his job due to America’s economic crisis and he has to sit without a job for a long time.

After even reducing his previous salary amount, he didn’t get any job. Then his house installment broke and he and his family lost the home. They survived a few months with low money and then he and his wife together decided to commit suicide. He first shot his wife and children and then shot himself.

The case concluded that the man was:

Programmed for Successes but he was not trained for Handling Failures.

Now let us come to the actual question, What are the habits of highly successful people?

First of all, there are many people who will talk to you about success habits but today I am saying to you, even when you have achieved everything, that there is a chance to lose everything, nobody knows when the next economic crisis will hit the world. The best success habit according to me is:

getting trained for handling failures.

I also request every parent, please not only program your child to be successful but teach them how to handle failures and also teach them proper lessons about life.

Learning high-level science and maths will help them to clear competitive exams but a knowledge about life will help them to face every problem.

Teach them about how money works instead of teaching them how to work for money.

Help them in finding their passion because these degrees will not help them in the next economic crisis and we don’t know when the next crisis will hit the world.
And pls don’t forget to teach them that both success and failures are from God. Make them understand that prayer and strong believe in God will make them face any life challenges

What is your gift? How many gifts do you think you have? Do you really know you have a gift at all? Your gift is something deposited in you that you are sure you have. That sure thing in you is your gift.

What is that thing you are sure you possess? Start applying it and develop it anywhere and everywhere. Oh, you make people laugh….develop it.

If you are good at studying, reading and coming out with flying colours does not really means you are gifted. The ability to read and write is called literacy and the continuity in reading and studying is Education. Why? Not everyone that is educated or literate is financially, materially and spiritually successful? All fingers are not equal, right?!

Do you know that similar challenge happened to the Apostles of Christ until Christ later arrested, converted and raised Apostle Paul (Saul), the educated Roman exectional of Christians and embodied him, both in physical education (smartness) and spiritual education (Wisdom) with material contentment.

The gift that emanates from literacy and education is “smartness”.

The ability to transform education to understanding and become knowledgable is called Smartness. The quality thereof is #Wisdom. This quality is lacking in most of our leaders of today. Many have mistaken #Smartness for #Wisdom. Wisdom is a gift from the Almighty God.

Again, I ask, what is your gift? Have you  identified or discovered your gift at all?. The application of your Gift is your Talent, and the Talent will become your Success. What is that thing in you? I challenge you to look inward. Your gift will find you out and lead you through.

One of the greatest gift ever mentioned is Dreams and Interpretation. If you are a man, woman, boy or girl who has this gift and not exploring it or probably shut down, I urge you to keep praying. Am sure God will use someone for you soon enough if you are still in God, Christ and Holy Spirit. Do not allow SIN or STDs to steal away your God given gifts.

Your gift will pave way for you, for your personal transformation and transformation for others. In today’s world, there are Royalties in Royalty, Music in Musics, Teacher in Teachers, lawyer in lawyers, mechanic in mechanics, Prophet in Prophets, Clergy in Clergys, Servant in Servants.

Drop the #shame and pick up the #gain!

Is life treating you so hard? How far have you reached and how far have you fallen? Will you rise again? Who will help me?

We trust people, friends and families to help us when we are down. Yes, some will help you while some will never want to see your call at all because you needed help.

It is human to help and not! But with God is helping all the time as long as you don’t give up on Him.

Those who treated you bad in your challenging period will only get their own coin if you wait and stay in Lord. There is surely a point in every man’s life to feel the  pain and trials…how well we survived is what interests God the most.

“President Bhuari should have learnt his own lesson by now by the outcome and trails of the Judiciary”.

Drop the shame and seek help, and pick up those gains. A list of hard times:
1. Health or medical challenge
2. Loss of job
3. Unemployment
4. No sales
5. Loss of profit
6. Salary delay
7. Sudden displacement (flood, famine etc)
8. No retirement benefit
9. Homeless at 60
10. Poverty disease etc…

We need help either you are employed or not, we all need help. We can only get help when we ask. Drop the shame and open our mouth to tell. Your immediate next door neighbour whom you dislike so much could be the key to your next level of change. As long as your lips are not closed to ask, knock and seek for the assistance you need. You can survive a length of time by lending and leaning on, shamelessly.

#Mockers will mock you behind you and even before you but as long as you can get what you want is your gain. Learn from the mistakes of others…except you have given up to live and die in your trials even though that is not God’s will for your life. Cursed is anyone who is hung on a cross and so also is committing any form of #suicide.

The Priest was accused of sexual immorality by his parishioners and committed suicide…why? If being a Priest is demoralizing why not cry out for a solution. Why shame and disgrace the Church; if seminary has thought no good moral justification? Come out of your shame and be separate.

However one is faced in the trial times as listed above….are periods of adversity. For as many that knew about your challenge you begin to know those who really loves you. Some will be waiting for you to come so that they flop you (human nature). Please, blame no one! If anyone refuses you in your adversity kindly move to the next. A turn around will surely happen that your shame becomes gain in order for you to tell a good story.

What is Confidence? We can say it’s guarantee, trust, reliability, assurance, boldness, surety, reputation in someone; husband, wife, son, daughter, brother, sister, aunt, uncle, man of God, friend, or company, institution, state or nation.

Well, that’s mine expression of confidence you may express yours the way it sounds to you. You can not impose confidence in someone. Confidence is as a result of progressive outcomes emanating from relationships, reputation or integrity. It is a function of performance within and outside a circle.

In another way round, we say someone lacks confidence in answering questions, in a crowded area, public or before a higher authority. Here we say it’s behavioural and the same time a function of judgement.

We can now deduce that #Confidence could be used classically, objectively and also subjectively….one word!

Confidence is a good quality “adjective” quantifying competence in anyone. Every establishment need confidence competent employees. Try not to break (loose) your confidence in others and others in you.

Succumbing to any form of pressure is a good sign of weakness! This was evidence in the administration of Nigeria.

A leader should not be surrounded by mediocres; self-interest, self-centered, lack of democratic individuals either in their personal business, home and Public and private discussions. If anyone would or could be so democratic at all, it would reflect in one on one conversation and also seen in a group, teamwork discussions.

As a leader, your circle of close advisers should be widened, decisions should not be based on primordial interests. Looking deep into issues before making your decision; weighing the task at present and future and solidifying it in the best interest of others or a nation.

Pressure and Decision-making are very crucial to gain and losses. Pressure calls for action and the action calls for Decisions. The best outcome of the decision makes you a true good Leader.

Leaders who makes wrong decisions must be willing to admit It, be also willing to take corrections to get back on track. Alas! It maybe difficult but the step must be taken out of shame, humility, remorse and good listening brings back the integrity. This attitude was shown by the then Economic adviser in US during Obama administration when the congress summoned him on the state of the Economic meltdown which was unforseen and unplanned for at that time.

Leadership is regarding others, considering them before yourself. Never succumb to any pressure that makes you take wrong decisions.

Personally, I have taken time to reason along a #quadratic equation formula

Equate this with your advisers. Identify the negative people around you and apply number 2. Identify the positive people around you and apply number 4. Now you know that you do not place both negative and positive people for positive outcome. This is not kinetic but character disposition. To be democratic you need the combination of the negatives for positive result.

We learn our lessons everyday! Never compromise your standard in any form. Do not sign any agreement without good understanding of what is written. Well, there are risks to be taken at times but not in all cases.

When you are under pressure, deal with it widely and in Prayers. Succumbing to pressure as a weakness is not the end but an experience. Once it has been identified you need to actualize your strength thereof!

If you run away from stated goals because they can be used to judge you and your performance, you also run away from an important instrument to guide, direct, focus, drive, and inspire yourself to great and incremental performance. This is a great advice for all goal setters and goal getters. There are goals in goal and missions in a mission.
