Many leaders are faced with many difficult situations at one point or the other. Even if the solution will have any effect at all on you, forge on. Only a visionless leader quit on problems.

We all have our weaknesses but when we have been tried and failed to fall, the other party or parties feel dissatisfied, threatened and seek your exit or impeachment.
